Hospitality House operates an Emergency Shelter, which can shelter up to 17 individuals each night, two transitional housing facilities, which can shelter up to 18 individuals each night, and a permanent housing facility, which has 8 efficiency apartments. Supportive services are offered to the residents including intensive case management, which focuses on the development of an individualized service plan to address the needs of each individual including employment, educational, medical, and housing. The staff coordinates needed services and resources with area agencies to address the physical, social and emotional needs of the homeless. Outreach services are also offered to the homeless in the community who may not qualify or want to stay in a shelter. Meals, showers, and laundry services are also offered to those in need.
