Counseling for Faculty and Staff (CFS)

Counseling for Faculty and Staff (CFS), now part of the Institute for Health and Human Services, provides confidential and short-term counseling services to faculty, staff and their immediate families to address personal, family, and workplace issues. In addition, CFS staff provide trainings and consultations for the campus community regarding a host of topics ranging from the implications of substance abuse problems in the workplace to being an effective parent with today's teenagers. Overall, the mission of CFS is to promote personal health and wellness among faculty and staff and to maximize organizational effectiveness, retain high quality faculty and staff, and to create a healthier and safer campus community.
