The Family Economic Policy Lab (FEPL) of the Blue Cross NC Institute for Health and Human Services is committed to advancing social and economic justice for vulnerable families and communities by disseminating rigorous research examining innovative policy solutions. Currently, the lab is overseeing the evaluation of multiple large basic/guaranteed income pilots.
FEPL seeks to make our research accessible to academic, policy making, and general audiences. Our work has been featured in multiple national publications, allowing us to broaden our reach and demonstrate the impact of our projects.
