Girls on the Run Registration

Girls on the Run of the High Country offers two programs, Girls on the Run for girls in grades 3-5 and Heart & Sole for girls in grades 6-8. Any girl, regardless of school status or location, may participate at any of our sites.

Both programs inspire participants of all abilities to recognize their individual strengths while building a sense of connection and inclusive belonging in a team setting. At the end of the season, all program participants celebrate their accomplishments and build confidence by completing a community 5K.

The Spring 2024 GOTR-HC season is currently underway! The Spring 2024 GOTR-HC 5K will be held on May 5, 2024.
