Health Promotion makes every effort to remain open despite snow, ice, or other inclement weather conditions. However, severe weather may delay or prevent employees' travel and require a delayed opening or an early departure from work.
A delayed start or a cancellation of an exercise class will be announced after 6:00 am. The inclement weather declaration cannot be made any earlier than 6:00 am given the required determinants.
All participants are asked to perform one of the following:
- Refer to Health Promotion's Facebook page.
- Refer to Health Promotion's Website.
In the event severe weather occurs during the day, a mass email will be disseminated via our Google Group and Health Promotion's Facebook page.
Health Promotion would like to remind parents that children under the age of 18 are not allowed in the facility for safety reasons.
