In this free, statewide Worksite Wellness webinar, Katie Godin, RD, LDN from LifeStyle Medical Centers will discuss how to ensure your meals and snacks feature a balance of macronutrients and why doing so is beneficial. After a brief presentation, Katie will demonstrate how to make two macronutrient-balanced meals , Creamy Chicken Tortilla Soup and Spicy Tuna Salad.

The recipe and a link to the recording will be shared with all those that sign-up for the event.
